Prospect Storage just opened a second location in Mountville Pennsylvania at 316 Primrose Lane, Mountville, PA 17554. The small 34 unit storage facility is in the rear ground floor of the newly constructed Primrose Apartment complex. It's between The Sleep Inn and Main Stays Hotels. A few nearby business are Scoops Ice Cream and Bolders Miniature Golf Course and the newly constructed St Francis Animal Hospital. Fulton Bank is just a 1/4 block away. This great new storage facility has excellent access to Route 30 in the Western part of Lancaster County, just a minute north from the Mountville/Stony Battery Road Route 30 exit.

This new storage facility is managed by Prospect Storage: 3910 Continental Drive, Columbia, PA 17512. All units at this new location are climate controlled / heated & cooled. Sorry, there are no provisions for parking of vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, boats or RV's in the parking lot surrounding this storage facility; storage only for personal goods in these units. NO EXCEPTION for parking in the apartment parking lot! Your parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense!

What sized units are available? There are 9 different sized units from 40 square feet (quite small) to the largest units, 112 square feet, which would be considered a medium sized unit in the storage business. Unit size mix and prices are listed below. The hallways are well lit with bright LED lights; along with well lit parking space for unloading and loading of your possessions. The extra wide exterior doors have electronic lock that are programmed to the each tenant's unique entry code. The wide doors and hallways make it easy to get your furniture, boxes, totes, appliances and possessions to move the short distance to the units. Yes, no long hallways & journeys through a maze to get to the storage units like some other storage facilities!

How do I rent one of these new climate controlled / heated & cooled units? All rental and payment activities for the Primrose Lane facility are made through the Prospect Storage Continental Drive office located near the Rte. 30 / Prospect Road interchange.(Just a short 2 mile drive down Rte 30). Leases for the Primrose Lane/Mountville storage units will be initiated by visiting Prospect Storage Continental Drive office in person and signing the month to month contract. Feel free to speak to the property manager about the items you will be storing to get a recommendation on how much space will be needed. A unit size that fits your needs will be assigned, a door code established and disc lock sold for the unit. Again, please communicate with the Prospect Storage Continental Drive location.
